What is the dispute policy covering the TLDs offered through SRSplus?
SRSplus has adopted the ICANN Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy. The forum used by SRSplus to handle adjudication of domain name disputes is the U.N.'s World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). All SRSplus Partners are bound to enforce this dispute resolution policy. In addition, some of the Registries have additional procedures that may also be applicable. See the Service Agreement for a list of all applicable dispute policies.
What policies do SRSplus Partners need to post on their Web sites?
You will provide your customers with a means for reviewing and accepting the applicable Service Agreement or such other agreements as we may post on our Web site from time to time. You may require your customers to agree to additional terms and conditions, provided that such additional terms and conditions do not conflict with the any SRSplus Agreement or Registry Agreement and incorporated policies.
