How are registry specific requirements determined?
Each ccTLD Registry is responsible for setting and enforcing their own restrictions and requirements for domain name registration. Some ccTLD registries have unique requirements that must be adhered to for successful domain name registration.
How long does a registration take after I submit an order for ccTLD?
A successful registration can take as long as 5 days to process.
Am I allowed to make modifications to ccTLD registrations?
Modifications to domains and account information will be accepted when the associated ccTLD Registry permits the requested changes and can take as long to update as registrations.
When can I renew my customers’ ccTLDs?
Renewals for these domains can be done starting three months before the domain expiration date. Any renewal attempts prior to that period will not be successful.
What is the Renewal Schedule for ccTLDs?
Type 1 domain names, those with extensions .AM, .BE, .DE, .FM, .CO.UK, .ME.UK, and .ORG.UK, must be renewed 11 days prior to expiration or they will be deleted within the month that the domain name expires. Renewals submitted after 11 days prior to expiration will not be accepted and no redemptions will be possible for these domain names when they are deleted.
Type 2 domain names, those with extensions .AT, .COM.MX, .ES and .CO.NZ, must be renewed 42 days prior to expiration or they will be deleted within the month that the domain name expires.
Renewals submitted after 42 days prior to expiration will not be accepted and no redemptions will be possible for these domain names.

.CX, .GS, .IN, .CO.IN, .FIRM.IN, GEN.IN, IND.IN, .NET.IN, .ORG.IN, .Ms, may be renewed upto the date of their expiration. These domains will delete on expiration and may be available for restoration for a limited time.
Are there any special rules in registering a .de domain?
Yes, there are a few restrictions required by the registry when registering a .de domain:
1. The Registrant or Administrative Contact for .de must be an individual that has a physical address in Germany. For your convenience, SRSplus® allows you to select a SRSplus/Network Solutions® provided registration address.
2. At the time of registration, all .de domains will default to SRSplus Nameservers. Once the domain is registered, you may change the nameservers in Partner Manager. Please note: each server must be on two different class C networks.
3. The .de domain must have an MX record that resolves to a valid mail server for the entire life of the domain registration.
