  Registration Fund: How to Submit Payment

To become a Partner (and before you can engage in the Certification Test in the API Documentation or register names using FastTrack), you must first submit a minimum initial payment of US$250. This payment account will be referred to as the "Registration Fund." As you register domain names through the API or FastTrack, your Registration Fund will be reduced pursuant to the applicable Registration Fees charged.

You can choose to have your funds automatically replenished with an amount you choose when your balance falls to a limit determined by you. Just set it up in My Billing. When the limit you pre-set is reached, your credit card on record will be charged and your Registration Fund replenished with the amount you designate.

You will also be notified by e-mail when your Registration Fund account balance is low. We recommend that you make a payment to replenish your fund immediately upon receiving notice, so your ability to register domain names is not interrupted. You may use any of the Payment Methods outlined below.

If your Registration Fund balance does not cover a requested transaction, you shall not be permitted to make any billable transactions until the Fund is replenished. No minimum replenishment payment is required after you have made the initial minimum pre-payment deposit of US$250. You are encouraged to monitor your registration activity closely and make timely payments in order to avoid depleting your Registration Fund.

  Payment Methods
Below are the various methods you can use to submit the initial and replenishment payments to the Registration Fund:

1. Credit cards: Once you have completed the Sign-up form, you may make a credit card payment online by continuing to Step 2 of the Sign-up process or by logging into the Partner Manager. Upon receipt of your one-time, initial US$250 deposit to your Registration Fund, you will be able to immediately start registering domain names through FastTrack and, if you choose, begin the Certification Process in the API Integration.

2. Wire Transfers: When remitting a payment via wire transfer, please send a confirmation e-mail to partners@srsplus.com with: (1) e-mail address on account, (2) company name, (3) date of the wire, (4) originating bank and (5) amount of the transfer. Wire transfer remittances will be applied to your Registration Fund within one business day of receipt. Please ensure your partner email address appears in the sender section of the wire transfer.

3. Checks, cashiers checks, international money orders, and money orders: All forms must be made payable to and delivered to TLDS L.L.C., in USD funds only.

Please note that non-certified check remittances will not be applied to your Registration Fund until the transaction has cleared our bank, which can take up to fifteen (15) business days. Certified checks and International Money Orders will be applied to your Registration Fund within two (2) business days of receipt.

Although the minimum initial amount is US$250, we highly recommend that you deposit enough to cover at least one full month of Domain Name registrations by your customers to avoid any interruption of your registration capabilities. (See SRSplus Partner Agreement for more details).

  Payment Verification
Once we receive payment, depending on the method used, it may take up to fourteen (14) days for the payment to be credited to your Registration Fund. Online credit card payments made through our Partner Manager, however, will be credited to your Registration Fund immediately. Once the initial US$250 payment is credited to your Registration Fund, you can proceed to the Certification Test described in the API Documentation.

  Cancellations and Deletions
By registering or renewing a domain name, you are accepting responsibility for full payment of the registration charges. Transactions may not be canceled, so please be careful when making your purchases.

You may choose to delete domain names from your account through Partner Manager. Two notes of caution when using this feature: deletes cannot be canceled in our system and no refunds or credits will be given if you choose to delete a new registration or renewal.

  Refunds
SRSplus will refund any unused amounts in the Registration Fund within two (2) weeks after receiving a written request upon termination of your SRSplus Partner Agreement.
