What is SRSplus ^TM?
An ICANN-accredited registrar, SRSplus ^TM provides wholesale domain name registration services for the most popular TLDs in the industry. Moreover, the company delivers extremely competitive pricing, world class tools and technical support, and industry leadership. All SRSplus ^TM Partners are able to offer this suite of TLDs through the company's proprietary Application Program Interface (API) or its Web-based FastTrack solution. SRSplus ^TM is a business unit and a wholly owned subsidiary of Network Solutions, LLC.

What TLDs are currently offered through SRSplus ^TM?
Currently, all of our TLD products are available for registration through the SRSplus ^TM API and FastTrack. SRSplus ^TM will notify all Partners of new TLDs and products as they become available. Learn more about our gTLD and ccTLD products.

What is the pricing for the domain names?

What SRSplus ^TM Partner Program Solution is right for me? API Integration or FastTrack?
For companies that expect to register between 0 and 500 domain names per year and have limited technical resources, we recommend that you use the easy-to-use FastTrack Web-based registration tool to register names on behalf of your customers.

If your company expects to register more than 500 domain names per year, we recommend that you consider the API Integration option. API Integration allows you to register domain names using your own front-end registration interface quickly and easily. You also have the option to use the FastTrack registration tool until you have completed API Integration.

What are my responsibilities as an SRSplus ^TM Partner?
You will serve as the Registrants' customer service representative with respect to Registrants' Domain Name Registration, providing services such as customer service, billing, and collection of registration and renewal fees, and technical support. Also, you will need to inform each of your Registrants when his or her Domain Name Registration is up for renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the applicable registration term.

Is there a front-end domain name registration and registrant account administration interface that is available for SRSplus ^TM Partners?
SRSplus is proud to offer all Partners access to FastTrack, a Web-based online registration and account management tool catered to small and medium-sized Partners. See our FastTrack FAQs for more information.

Does the SRSplus ^TM Partner Program allow domain name transfers and change of registrant requests?
Yes. Both domain name transfers and change of registrant requests can be made through either the API or FastTrack Partner solutions. See the Transfer FAQ for additional information on domain name transfers and the API Documentation or FastTrack FAQs for information on change of registrant requests.

Can I make the registration of domain names available to my own Partners or affiliates?
Yes. The SRSplus ^TM API allows you, as a Partner, to make the registration of domain names available to your own Partner, reseller or affiliate network. In doing so, you agree to be responsible for ensuring your Partners' compliance with the terms and conditions of all SRSplus ^TM and applicable Registry Agreements and Policies.

What dispute resolution policy does SRSplus ^TM adhere to?
For all domain names currently offered on SRSplus ^TM (.com, .net, .name, .org, .biz and .info), SRSplus ^TM has adopted the ICANN Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy as found at http://www.icann.org/udrp/udrp.htm.
