  FastTrack Registration   

What is FastTrack Registration?
FastTrack Registration is our web-based tool that allows you to register domains and manage your customers within Partner Manager without integrating with the SRSplus API (API Integration). No technical skills or resources are required. You can register names through FastTrack Registration and the API utilizing the same Partner Manager account and Registration Fund. FastTrack Registration also is the ideal interim solution if you are planning to integrate with the SRSplus API. You can begin selling domains today while you're working towards the API Integration.

What domain names can I register with FastTrack Registration?
You can register all domain names available through SRSplus. Learn more.

Is there a difference in pricing for domain names registered through Partner Manager and those registered through the SRSplus API?
No. You will receive the same competitive pricing when you register names through the FastTrack online registration tool as through the API Integration. Learn more about our Pricing.

Can I use FastTrack Registration and other Partner Manager tools even if I am planning to complete API Integration?
Yes. FastTrack Registration is a great interim solution while you're completing integration with the SRSplus API. Once you have completed integration you will still have access to any domain names registered through FastTrack in the SRSplus Partner Manager.

Are FastTrack Registrations subject to the same terms and conditions as registrations made through the API tool?
Yes. You are bound by all policies, terms, and conditions of the SRSplus Partner Program.

Does FastTrack offer bulk registration?
Yes. You can register multiple domain names at one time for a single Registrant. Just enter the domains you wish to register in the FastTrack search box and click 'Register Domain' to continue. You will enter one set of information during the registration process that will apply to all domain names you have selected; however, upon successful registration you may use the 'My Domains' page to select and edit individual domain information, including DNS and Technical Contact Information.

How can I view a list of all domain names I have registered?
You can use the 'My Registrations' page in the Partner Manager to see a full list of your domain name registrations, including customer e-mail address, price, registration date and expiration date. To view/edit* specific domain name information on the 'Domain Details' page, click on a selected domain name listed in the left column.

* Editing Domain Specific information such as Technical Contact and DNS information through the 'Domain Details' page will update the selected domain only. To edit Registrant/Account information, click on the customer e-mail address displayed on the 'My Domains' and 'My Registrant's' page.

How can I view a list of all my customers?
You can use the 'My Registrants' page in the Partner Manager to see a full list of your customers, including the number of domains you have registered for each Registrant and the sum of their Registration Fees. You can view/edit* a specific Registrant by clicking on the selected e-mail address listed in the left column.

* Editing Registrant Specific information will update all domains registered under that Registrant.

How do I edit domain name and Registrant information after registration?
There are two types of information associated with a domain name: Registrant Specific Information and Domain Specific Information.

  • Registrant Specific Information: This includes Registrant Contact information. When you register a domain name through FastTrack Registration, we create a Registrant record to make future registrations faster and more efficient. You can change this information at any time by clicking on a Registrant's e-mail address from the 'My Registrations' or 'My Registrants' pages in the Partner Manager. Any changes to the Registrant Contact will apply to all domain names registered for that Registrant. Please note that to change the 'First Name', 'Last Name', or 'Organization' information, you must contact Partner Support.
  • Domain Specific Information: This includes Administrative, Technical Contact, and DNS Information. You can change this information at any time by clicking on a domain name from the 'My Domains' page in the Partner Manager. If you edit this information, the changes will apply to the specific domain only.

How do I renew a domain name?
You can renew a domain names in bulk by using the FastTrack Registration tool or individually through the 'Renew' domain link under 'My Registrations'.

  • FastTrack Registration: To renew multiple domain names with one transaction, click on the FastTrack registration button and enter the desired domain(s) in the box. You may enter one or more domain names in the search box, including TLD and click 'Renew' to continue.
  • 'Renew' Domain link: To renew a single domain name, go to the 'My Registrations' page in the Partner Manager. You will see a list of all the domain names you have registered. Click the 'Renew' link in the right column for the domain you wish to renew.

    Can I cancel a domain name?
    Transactions may not be canceled, so please be careful when performing any billable transactions. By registering or renewing a domain name, you are accepting responsibility for full payment of the registration or renewal charge.

    Can I delete a domain name?
    Yes, you may delete domain names. Two notes of caution when using this feature: 1) deletes cannot be canceled in our system, and 2) no refunds or credits will be given if you choose to delete a registration or renewal.

    How can I credit my Registration Fund?
    To deposit funds into your Registration Fund after you have successfully signed up, use the 'My Account' page in the Partner Manager. Learn more about our payment methods.
