Why do I have to create a new account to purchase Secure Link SSL Certificates?
We are partnering with Network Solutions, the trusted SSL Certification Authority, to offer you Secure Link SSL Certificates. This partnership allows you to purchase SSL certificates directly from Network Solutions and take advantage of the low reseller price. Network Solutions requires that you create an account with them in order to identify you as a reseller and obtain your agreement to their terms and conditions to resell SSL certificates.
Am I signing up for another domain reseller program by creating a Network Solutions SSL account? Do I now have a contract with Network Solutions?
Your relationship and agreement with Network Solutions are limited to the purchase and resale of SSL Certificates. You are not enrolling in another reseller program with Network Solutions.
Can I transfer my existing customer information from SRSplus Partner Manager to the Network Solutions SSL account?
No, unfortunately, we are unable to support a transfer of existing customer information at this time.
Can I purchase SSL certificates using the funds in my SRSplus reseller account? No, you will have to deposit funds directly with Network Solutions after creating an SSL account with them in order to purchase their SSL certificate services.
Why does my credit card statement display Network Solutions as the merchant for a deposit I made into my SSL account?
All SSL certificate transactions are processed directly by Network Solutions. As a result, your credit card is charged directly by Network Solutions
