What is a ccTLD?
A ccTLD is a Country Code Top-Level Domain. Each ccTLD belongs to a particular recognized country, and each country gets to decide how the Registry for domains within that ccTLD should be run. Some countries run their registries themselves; others delegate this job to ISPs or other networking companies.
What is a registry restriction?
A registry restriction is the criteria that a registrant must fulfill before they are authorized to purchase a ccTLD.
What is a NIC?
A NIC is a Network Information Center, which is the Registration Authority per ccTLD. Most ccTLDs have their own NIC.
What ccTLDs is SRSPlus offering?
What tools is SRSPlus offering for registration and management of ccTLDs?
Both the API and Fast Track are available for ccTLD registration and ongoing management.
How are registry specific requirements determined?
Each ccTLD Registry is responsible for setting and enforcing their own restrictions and requirements for domain name registration. Some ccTLD registries have unique requirements that must be adhered to for successful domain name registration.
What are the restrictions for the ccTLDs that SRSPlus is offering?

How long does a registration take after I submit an order?
A successful registration can take as long as 5 days to process.
Am I allowed to make modifications to registrations?
Modifications to domains and account information will be accepted when the associated ccTLD Registry permits the requested changes and can take as long to update as registrations.
When can I renew my customer's ccTLDs?
Renewals for these domains can be done starting three months before the domain expiration date. Any renewal attempts prior to that period will not be successful.
Can I do Registrant Name Changes (RNCAs) and Change of Registrars (CRAs) for ccTLDs? Not at this time.
What are the prices for ccTLDs?
Some ccTLDs are included in the SRSPlus Standard Pricing such as .us and .co.uk. Other ccTLDs have flat rate pricing per year. Please refer to the Pricing section for detailed information for each of the ccTLDs.
How will I be billed for ccTLDs?
The appropriate domain name registration fee will automatically be deducted from your Registration Fund at the time of registration or renewal.
Can I transfer ccTLDs through SRSplus?
No. Unfortunately at this time SRSplus does not accept ccTLD transfers.
What is the Renewal Schedule for ccTLDs?
Type 1 domain names, those with extensions .BE, .DE, .CO.UK, .ME.UK, and .ORG.UK, must be renewed 11 days prior to expiration or they will be deleted within the month that the domain name expires. Renewals submitted after 11 days prior to expiration will not be accepted and no redemptions will be possible for these domain names when they are deleted.
Type 2 domain names, those with extensions .AT, .COM.MX, and .CO.NZ, must be renewed 42 days prior to expiration or they will be deleted within the month that the domain name expires. Renewals submitted after 42 days prior to expiration will not be accepted and no redemptions will be possible for these domain names.
