Can SRSplus Partners allow their Customers to make modifications to their domain names?
The SRSplus API allows you to make modifications of domain records for domain names on behalf of your customers. There is no charge to you to facilitate a change in ownership of domain names on behalf of your customers for domains where you are the controlling registrar.

Can SRSplus Partners transfer a domain name from one registrar to another?
Domain name transfers are supported for all gTLDs but are not supported for ccTLDs & .name. Please see our Transfer FAQs for specific restrictions on the transfer of domains through SRSplus.

Why does SRSplus require its Partners to send the ownership information for all registered domain names?
SRSplus requires its Partners to provide us with the ownership information to comply with the contractual agreement of each registry. All customer information received by SRSplus from you is covered under the SRSplus Privacy Policy.

What if I decide that I no longer want to be an SRSplus Partner?
All remaining amounts in your Registration Fund will be refunded to you within 30 days of written notice of termination. SRSplus requires you to delete or transfer the domains in your account before any refunds will be given.
