What is the Registration Fund?
All SRSplus Partners must first establish a Registration Fund before registering domain names. The Registration Fund is a prepayment account from which we will debit the wholesale price of domain names registered by you and your customers. The minimum deposit amount is US$250.

Do I need to establish a Registration Fund before I get started?
Yes. You must first establish a Registration Fund before you will be allowed to begin registering domain names.

What is the cost to SRSplus Partners for each domain name registered through their website or their own Partner, reseller, or affiliate network?

How will I get charged for each domain name I register through SRSplus?
For each domain name you register, your Registration Fund will be debited the applicable wholesale price for the domain name (see above). You will not be allowed to register additional domain names should you not have enough amounts in the Registration Fund to cover the wholesale price. Learn more.

What can I charge my Customers for the registration of domain names?
You select the fees. SRSplus plays no role in setting our Partners' prices to end users.

Can I receive credit for registration errors?
By registering or renewing a domain name, you are accepting responsibility for full payment of the registration charges. Transactions may not be canceled and no refunds are offered, so please be careful when registering domain names.

How can I check to see how many domain name registrations my company has transmitted and how much money remains in my Registration Fund?
As an SRSplus Partner, you will have access to our Partner Manager, an on-line administration tool that offers visibility into your domain name registrations and current balance of your Registration Fund.

Can SRSplus Partners renew domain name registrations once the initial registration term is up?
Yes. Renewal pricing will be the same as your pricing for new registrations.

How much will I be charged for registrar transfers?
Due to the costs associated with facilitating registrar transfers, all registrar transfers are priced at the base price for all domain names. For more information, see our Transfer FAQ.

Will I be charged for change of registrant requests (i.e., registrant changes and WHOIS information updates)?
No. While you are free to charge a service fee for such change of registrant requests to your customers, SRSplus does not charge a fee for such services to our Partners.

Can SRSplus Partners register domain names for more than one (1) year?
Yes. SRSplus Partners can allow their customers to register and prepay for domain names for a registration period between one (1) and ten (10) years. For restrictions on registration terms, please see each TLD specific addendum in the TLDs at a Glance section.
